The project has completed the schematic design phase and is currently in the design development phase. Site planning, stormwater management solutions, interior design development, kitchen equipment layout, architectural design development, sustainability initiatives and HVAC system options are all being finalized. Design meetings have been taking place to review exterior elevations incorporating a modern prairie style that is following the direction of the Ad Hoc Design Review Committee. Square footage and seating counts have been established and staff is working on interior design plans for the kitchen, event space, main dining area, bar, pro shop, offices and simulators.  We are thrilled with how things are progressing, and hope you are too!

During construction, the golf course and driving range will remain open and fully functional with no disruptions.
