gREEN INITIATIVES

In addition to providing a first-class public golf course, the Glencoe Golf Club continues to serve residents by its commitment to the environment and the open space that the course provides. The Golf Club has achieved designation as a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary through the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program for Golf Courses and has been recognized for Environmental Stewardship by Audubon International. The Club is also a member of the Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary Program and Monarchs in the Rough.

We have been able to achieve so much in our long history, and we want to build on this legacy to ensure that our community’s public golf course can continue to thrive. But this bold vision is only possible with the support of those who believe in this community the most. As we embark on a campaign to reimagine what the Glencoe Golf Club can be in our Village—now, and for the next hundred years.
