The Glencoe Golf Club is hosting a FREE nature lovers event filled with outdoor fun and educational activities. Join us June 7th at 5:00pm, to enjoy nature while counting plant and animal species located on the golf course. Learn all about the GGC’s eco-friendly practices and the work that has been done to create habitat for wildlife, pollinators and especially the Monarch Butterflies!! Awards will be given for Most Species counted and Best Nature Photo.

Guided Species Exploration

Take a walk with a nature docent and explore the different species of plants and wildlife that inhabit the golf course.

Screech Owl Presentation by Rescuethebirds.org

Visit with a Screech Owl to learn all about their native habitat, behavior, and diet. Rich and Karen Weiner with rescuethebirds.org will be on site to answer any questions.
