This policy outlines the guidelines for redeeming gift certificates at Glencoe Golf Club. 

Redemption Guidelines

1. Reservations: To redeem a gift certificate, call (847) 835-3330 and speak to Stella Nanos, the General Manager, to make a reservation. 

    

2. Valid Times: Gift certificates are valid during the following times:

   • Monday through Thursday anytime, excluding holidays.  
     
      
   • Friday through Sunday after 3:00 PM. 
     
      

3. Expiration: Gift certificates have an expiration date. Please refer to the certificate for the specific date. Extensions on expiration dates are not available.

4. Additional Information

• Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
• Lost or stolen certificates cannot be replaced.
• The club reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
