Clubhouse Project – Update

aerial photo of the constriction project. with the foundation of the new building 99% completed.

We’ve been busy over the last couple of months! The project is officially in full swing, and we’re excited to share the massive progress we’ve made on the foundation. It all started with setting the formwork, followed by the concrete pour with the high-reach pumper truck, establishing the main walls and support piers. Once the concrete cured, work continued to prepare the interior space and place all the necessary structural steel beams, ensuring a rock-solid base for the entire building. Next came the large precast concrete floor planks. Watching these massive panels drop into place is always satisfying—it’s the quickest way to cap the basement and prepare for the upper levels. With the main structure locked in, we focused on the exterior. Work wrapped up on the retaining walls, and we’ve applied all the necessary waterproofing to keep the foundation secure and dry for decades to come. Check out all the incredible work that’s been happening on-site! The foundation is now 99% complete and ready for the next phase. Next up, we move onto the steel frame for the rest of the building! Stay tuned for more exciting updates as we start heading vertical!
